Google your own brain

When you need to find something on the internet, you will typically use a search engine such as Google in order to filter out what you want from the vast amount of webpages currently on the internet. In order to do this you will put in certain key words to find exactly what you want. Example of search results based on how specific your keywords are:

A little bit of peace and quiet please!

When our BT engineer telephoned to change the date of our new superfast broadband connection from Tuesday to Wednesday, I didn’t really give it a second thought! Meditate, Relax & De-stress

Meditation often brings up many images, such as sitting bolt upright with your legs crossed,  fingers making up a circle with each hand resting on each knee, of chanting an affirmation over and over again, or staring at a spot on the wall for hours.
